Taking Back My Blog

The internet feels broken. Algorithms decide what we see, platforms change the rules overnight, everything feels disposable and it's difficult to tell if you're interacting with humans or bots in every single site you visit. The modern internet is a flaming carnival of surveillance capitalism and I feel nostalgic for the days when my browser didn’t try to sell me car insurance after I sneezed near a Renault.

This has been happening for years, there's  literature  about it.

So I'm taking back a self hosted space: no ads, no algorithms, no noise. Just random thoughts, ideas, and projects I’d like to share and keep in a repository I own.

It'd be great if we all could bring a small part of what made the internet so exciting back in the day.
